Evaluating Employers

These forms are designed for certain employer types to evaluate them on benefits strategies best suited for them.

50+ employees – The focus is on larger employers that are self-insured or are beginning to consider it as a possibility. It also evaluates on some best practices and benchmarking for keeping claims down and staying competitive for top tiered talent.

15-50 employees – The focus is on mid-sized employees that are offering employee benefits currently. It will show some best practices in this size range and benchmarking information.

2-15 employees – The focus is on small employers or employers offering benefits for the first time. It will help navigate the conversation to find out what they want and things they might not know they need.

Individuals – This link will take individuals to Sidecar’s website. They provide affordable medical coverage options. Another option is calling Blue Cross’ individual line for coverage at 601-664-5182.
